**Post Closing Premium – $2,300 ** (100 % upfront)
Includes servicing + post-closing + seller consultation + 10 % off Due-On-Sale mitigation.

**Due On Sale Mitigation – $3,000 + ** (100 % upfront)
Consultation, deed transfer, executory agreement, memorandum, lender negotiation, land-trust setup (+ $1,000 if needed).
